How do I order a personalized rug?

Simply upload your image during the ordering process, and we’ll create your custom rug. Please ensure your image is in 1000x1500 format to avoid any cropping. For larger images or different formats, the top and bottom edges may be automatically trimmed. If you’re unsure, feel free to reach out via email or Instagram DM, and we’ll be happy to help!

What are the shipping times and costs?

Shipping takes 10-18 days depending on the destination country and is free.

How do I care for my rug properly?

Our rugs are easy to care for. Simply use a vacuum cleaner or a lint roller to clean them.

How can I hang my rug on the wall? (Adhesive strips available)

With our optional adhesive strips, you can easily and securely hang your carpet on the wall. They provide a simple and residue-free solution. However, please note they may not be suitable for all wall surfaces. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out to us!
